Keepers of the American Dream Award: Presented to J.W. “Bill” Marriott, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Marriott International. Mr. Marriott has distinguished himself among business executives with his leadership and passion to make sure immigrants realize their American Dream.

Golden Door Award: Presented to Southwest Airlines. Since their first flight 40 years ago, Southwest Airlines has been an industry leader in displaying outstanding corporate citizenship, championing the American Dream through its Hispanic and Asian American outreach initiatives.

Thomas Carvel Immigrant Entrepreneur Award: Presented to Philippe Villers. The French immigrant's entrepreneurial spirit propelled him to establish several high-tech corporations and found the advocacy organization Families USA.
